How much does delivery cost?

Delivery where apllicable is charged at £6 by UPS

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are picked and packed within 48 hours excluding weekends. Delivery times are as per the chosen shipping option. More info on shipping options can be viewed here

Can I track my order?

Yes. Our courier service will send you tracking information directly once your order has left the Brewery

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on info @peregrinebrewingltd.com. If you contact us outside of these 14 days, Peregrine Brewing reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.

Can I track my order?

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on info @peregrinebrewingltd.com

Will I need to sign for my order?

All orders must be signed for by an adult and approved photo ID may be required

My item is damaged, what do I do?

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.

If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.

If you then email info @peregrinebrewingltd.com to allow us time to rectify the situation and proceed with the actions you require.
